Veebee
Overview
Victor and Matt's take on a modern fish.
A performance fish with a bit of extra grip and speed. The bottom features a spiraling vee with a double-barrel concave set within it, which creates a great balance of speed generation and control, especially at higher speeds, while still being easy to get going. The deck carries a healthy amount of foam for solid paddle power, but the rails stay refined and performance-oriented, giving it a more modern feel despite the classic fish outline. The go-to fin option is the Fascination Twin.
Developed alongside Victor Bernardo over the past year, this model comes in two distinct versions. The blunt-nose option features a fuller outline and wider tail, designed as a fast, small-wave speed machine. The pointed-nose version leans more toward a daily-driver hybrid, striking a clean balance between fish flow and performance sensibility. Both variations are built to handle a wide range of conditions. We recommend sizing the blunt-nose similar to your Plasmic, while the pointed-nose daily driver should be sized close to a Lightbender, with a touch of added thickness.
Bottom contour: Single concave transitioning into a deep double-barrel concave that runs from the middle of the board through the tail. The deep, double-barrel concave generates effortless speed and creates lift off the back foot, while providing grip through your turns.
Deck & rocker: The Veebee packs a lot of foam, flat deck profile through to a beak nose with a low apex rail, making it a great paddler with easy rail-engagement. A performance fish rocker that stays flat under the chest with a subtle touch of entry and exit curve. This blend delivers easy speed on the paddle-in and through turns, while still offering the pivot and responsiveness of a modern performance board.
